Returns and Exchanges

We are sure you will be happy with the items you have purchased from us, but if for any reason you are not, please send them back to us and we will provide a refund or replacement.

How to Receive a Replacement

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different product, or a different size, please e-mail us and we will help arrange the exchange.

How to Receive a Refund

To receive a refund, you must contact us via e-mail or write to us within 7 days of receiving your order,  we will then process a refund.


Returning Your Product(s) to Us

Once you have informed us you would like a refund or exchange you will be required to send your item(s) back to us.

Returning item(s) to us will be your responsibility and at your cost, we advise that you send your item(s) back with appropriate insurance in case of loss or damage.

If an item(s) is deemed as faulty we will refund any cost incurred in sending the item(s) back to us.

If an item(s) have not been returned within 30 days we will assume you have decided to keep the item(s)


How Long Until I Receive My Refund?

When we process a refund we take into account the time that banks take to transfer the money. We aim to have your refund processed back into your account within 7 working days from receiving your refund request. Sometimes this may take longer, If you have not received your refund within 30 days please contact us.

We hope you understand that while we process your refund almost immediately, it is not entirely in our control.


Conditions for Receiving a Refund or Exchange

To receive a refund or exchange, your items(s) must not have been used. All product parts must be returned unused.  We expect you to take reasonable care of the product and packaging.


What if I Receive a Faulty Item?

We do our best to make sure we do not send out faulty item(s). If you do receive a faulty item(s) from us, please let us know and we will offer you a refund or replacement. We will also refund any cost incurred by you in sending the faulty item(s) back to us.

Please Note our staff are not able to deal with refunds over the phone, it must be put in writing to us by e-mail or letter within 7 days of receiving your order.
